The expected Result of this project is to produce more caregivers, to help lessen and eradicate the unemployment rate gradually in Visayas and Mindanao in particular within Cebu province. The project will help the less unfortunate and young people who are interested to acquire knowledge and skills in caregiving and healthcare profession in general. This project will empower support to the young people who are discouraged to have a better life, and a stepping stone for employment whether local or overseas.

Moreover, the project would be of great help among local hospitals in the Philippines particularly in Cebu and other parts of the Visayas and Mindanao of having the opportunity to fill up the manpower shortages in their respective departments due to lack of available nurses and caregivers or nursing assistants to handle the jobs. The project will help the country’s goal of achieving less unemployment and lessening poverty rates in the countryside.
